We allow for the return of any unused merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please contact us info@ahimsaeco.com for shipping address and further details. We do not reimburse the shipping cost for the return, nor the merchant fees for the original transaction. Any returned Cora Ball must have the luggage tag still attached.
For any defective merchandise, please contact us info@ahimsaeco.com. We do not accept returns on any item that is broken or damaged due to misuse or breakage.
