Stef is a corporate yogi from the Borneo jungle. Wes is an eco-geek from the concrete jungle. Together, we’re Ahimsa Eco Solutions—a business-for-good that’s truly committed to providing solutions for a healthier planet by: eco-consulting with government and businesses to go green; educating about environmental issues through blogs, interviews, and social media; and offering reusable eco-friendly Zero Waste products made from the highest quality sustainable, biodegradable, reclaimed and repurposed materials.

We are Pam & Anna Kruusi, and we're the Live Free Sisters. We have grown up in a unique household full of different food allergies, auto-immune diseases and personal lifestyle choices. We have come together to inspire and show others how to truly live free with our multi-platform community (Live Free Canada) that specializes in providing free-from recipes, resources, and products. We also created the Living Free + Well Podcast to interview others on health, wellness and living your best life.

Wellness Travelled is a blog that inspires people to not just be "well travelled" but to travel well. Our goal is to empower travellers to make informed and thoughtful travel decisions that are kind to themselves, the locals, and the planet. Whether it's promoting ethical animal tourism, eco-friendly hotels, plant-based restaurants, or Zero Waste travel products, Wellness Travelled can give you the tools you need to be a more environmentally and health conscious traveller.
